The commission for public and client service improvement met at the Russian Pension Fund on November 9.
The commission comprising representatives of the Federation Council, the Russian Union of Pensioners and a number of non-governmental organizations, addressed the provision of Fund services and the reassignment of new measures of support to the PFR next year. In addition, a concept of digital transformation of the social sector within the Social Treasury Project was analyzed.
The commission aims at optimizing processes of PFR client service. Non-governmental organizations will assist in the Fund operations, analyze applications from citizens, and test new services of the agency. The PFR takes all proposals put forward by the commission into consideration in the development of services’ network.
