The offices of the Pension Fund of Russia in Crimea and Sevastopol continue to render state services to citizens and insuring parties and to execute their functions despite unstable power supply on the Crimean Peninsula.
Whenever lights are out, citizens are offered oral consultations and explanations. Requests for assignment and re-calculation of pensions and other services are accepted in writing with enclosed originals of entitling documents. The original documents are returned to citizens after power supply resumes and e-files are created.
Currently, the offices in Crimea and Sevastopol are forming pay sheets and preparing them for filing with financial institutions and Post of Crimea for timely delivery of pensions and social allowances in December 2015 in line with the approved schedule. Pensions and social allowances will be fully funded in December.
The Pension Fund of Russia is urgently buying 30 diesel generators for uninterrupted operation of PFR client services in Crimea and Sevastopol. The first ten generators will be brought to Crimea early next week, and the remaining shipment will be made by the end of next week. Schemes are being prepared for their assembly and installation.
