From April 2014 in addition to the assigned pension for residents of Crimea and Sevastopol was gradually established monthly payment: from 1st April – in the amount of 25 % of the appointed pension, from 1st May - in the amount of 50%, from 1st June - in the amount of 75%, from 1st July - in the amount of 100 percent of the appointed pension.
Thus, pensions of residents of Crimea and Sevastopol increased by 100% since April. Today, the average size of the civil pension in Crimea is 10 606 rubles, in Sevastopol - 11 794 rubles.
The total numbers of pensioners in Crimea and Sevastopol is 677 thousand people, 559 thousand of which - in Crimea and 118 thousand - in Sevastopol.
